How fixed wireless works
We put a small antenna on your house, pointed at one of our towers. A cable runs inside to a power adapter and your router. There's no satellite lag and no data cap — it's a direct link to our network.
Coverage depends on line of sight to a tower. Trees and hills matter, which is why we check every address before we promise anything.
