Keep your number
Moving your existing number to WiConnect takes one signed form and usually about two weeks. Don't cancel your old service until we tell you the port is complete — cancelling first can lose the number.

- We submit it to your current carrier They verify the account details match exactly.
- Port day Your number switches to WiConnect. Then cancel the old service.
